Surv-A Consultants is led by Grant Evans, Managing Director, who brings over 19 years of experience in structural waterproofing, building pathology, and compliance consultancy. Grant’s expertise spans BS8102 and BS8485+A1, with a career built on forensic defect investigation and hands-on project delivery. He maintains an impeccable professional record with no claims ever made against his designs.

Working alongside Grant is Stephen Humphries and Paul Carter, who bring specialist knowledge and experience to the team. Together, the team at Surv-A combines decades of practical knowledge with a dedication to independence, accuracy, and long-term performance across every project.
